Washington and the 8th Grade Promotion!!

Going to Washington was sooooo much fun! I lllooovvveeeddd it!! Me and my friends had a blast! If i was able to go again I would!

On the first day, we started off the early, early morning with breakfast at this place near Camp David. It was really good...the only bad part was getting up at like, 5:45 in the morning and having to share the restaraunt's bathroom with about 40 other girls. Haha. After that, we went to Arlington National Cemetery to get a tour and to see the changing of the guard. We didn't get to see that though because the like Prime Minister from somewhere was there and he was gonna like put a wreath or something on the tomb. It was rrreeeaaallllllyyyy long and hotttt but it was pretty cool.

After that, we went to the White House.

After that, we had lunch at the Old Post Office which was realy cool. It was my favorite place to eat and shop! Then we went to go see the Vietnam Wall, Lincoln Memorial, Korean War Monument, FDR, WW2, and Jefferson Memorial.

After the Korean War Monument, my camera died so I didn't get pictures of anything besides the Lincoln Memorial and the Korean War Monument...sorry :/

After we finished at the mall, we went to Verginia (where our hotel was) and ate dinner. Then we checked into our hotel and went swimming and played ultimate frisbee. It was a lot of fun!

The next day, we were able to go off with just our group and go see what we wanted to. My group was me, Olivia, Darby, Bridget, and Julia. On that day, first, we went to Fords Theater. Unfortunately, the fastest way to get there was by taking the metro. I absolutely hated every secong of that. It was scary and loud and nasty but, luckily i made it out alive!

After that, we went to the Holocaust Museum (where you couldn't take pictures) and the Natural History Smithsonian Museum.

After that, we went back to the hotel and had a pizza party at the pool and played some ultimate frisbee again and then we went to our rooms.

The next day, we went to Baltimore! When we were there, we went to the Aquarium and saw a Dolphin Show and went to a mall!!!!!!! It was really really cool!!

After that, we had to leave :( it was sooo sad! But, we had soooooooo soooooo much fun and I loooovvveeeddd it a lot!

8th Grade Promotion!

Our 8th Grade Promotion was soooo much fun! It was awesome! I loved my dress and my shoes so much! We had so much fun at the dance! It was great!

GNO!!!!!!!!

GNO!!!!!!!!!! This Thursday (so yesterday) me and my friends had a girls night out! It was Olivia, Darby, Bridget, Mary Claire, Emily, Hannah, Johannah, and me! (the 2 lunch tables as my mom states it). We have been planning to do this for a while now.

In study hall, a few of us were saying that we should all go out together before Christmas break but everyone was sooo busy and people had family in town and couldnt stand to be away from the family that they only get to see like, 3 times a year! But anyways, we finally were able to get everyone together at a time where everyone was free and we had a GREAT time!
First we went to Champs at the mall. We were all dressed up with our heels on lookin' all fancy, pickin' up some hot guys! ;) hahaha jkjkjk (it was a GIRLS night out hence the GIRLS). When we finnished eating we asked for our own separate checks because we thought it would be easier...little did we know, we were wrong! Some people didn't have 1's and we gave a $2.00 tip per person so it was a total of a $16.00 tip and at one point we were all really confused because we didn't know what was going on but in the end, we figured it out! I know, a miracle right!!? hahaha! OMGGG at the end, Mary Claire was like, "We should write a note for our waitress to say thank you" so we were like okkk! But, no one had a pen so we had to use the back of a receipt and eyeliner! It was soo funny! We were all like wow!!! But it was soo much fun! After we had dinner, we went to the mall.
Me wearing no shoes can barely walk so try to imagine me in heels attempting to walk...yeah it wasn't that great! I didn't fall though which was really impressing! It was so funny though because I like walked the slowest out of everyone because I like couldn't walk so I was always at least, like like 3 feet behind everyone so once we were like ready to leave a store, everyone would be like, Carly! Carly! Ok just making sure you're with us! It was sooo funny! We were all laughing like so hard!
When we were just about to leave the mall, we were like, WE SHOULD HAVE A SLEEPOVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! So Everyone was like my parents would say no and I knew that my parents would because my dad has work in the morning so Darby called her mom, thinking that she would say no and SHE SAID YESSS!!! We were all in Icing like jumping up and down, screaming we were sooo excieted! Everyones parents said that they could sleepover so we were soo happy!
Once we all got to Darby's house, we decieded that we were going to pull an all nighter. To pull an "official all nighhter" you need to stay up til 6. I made it til 4 which was longer than anyone thought I would make it til but then i crashed! Everyone else made it though!
We had so much fun! I miss you guys sooooooooooooooooooo much! Love you! xoxoxo

Cosie Has Joined Ski Club!!

Cosie's in ski club! It seems like a lot of fun and I think that he will like it! He had to go shopping because he didn't have anything to wear...I wish I knew that I would get a new outfit, or else I would have joined too! I could totally rock the skier look! Hahaha!! But he came home and seemed very excieted to go skiing! He goes for the first time tomorrow (Friday) and he is suspossed to bring his camera to take pictures and stuff so I can put some on the blog...if he lets me!! And YES HE HAS A DATE FOR THE PROM!! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooooo happy!! I mean it's about time! Amanda has been waiting sience only like 8th grade! Hahaha! He will have a great time! I know it!! Miss you guys! XOXOXO!!

In the beginning, at the table it was just Kenna, Cosimo, and me becauuse Jake was at a football practice and Avery and Colton were still at their dad's house. They came like only a half hour later. All the cousins had fun. I dont think there were any fights. There were 3 cousins missing though :( . We all miss you guys and cant wait for you to come home! Love you guys!
